Good software should not only run. It should make a team better at understanding, changing, and continuing to deliver. My work usually starts with a vague problem: clarify the goal and constraints, then create a result that can be tested.

I like building a shared language between product, design, and engineering. In remote work, I rely on clear documents, traceable milestones, and continuous feedback instead of leaving important context inside a single meeting.
